Practical Session in Clinical Skills for Dental Therapy Graduates
Aim This session is aimed to equip dental therapy graduates with top tips for working in general practice and provide a hands-on clinical skills session to refine and refresh practical restorative skills.
Learning Outcomes:
- Describe the workflow in general practice, whilst taking a patient-centred approach to working in the wider healthcare team
- Underpin knowledge on scope of practice, direct access, HMR exemptions, personal accountability to the regulator and current clinical guidance
- Enhance practical clinical skills

The A9 is the main trunk road into Perth. We are located in the centre of Perth with good transport links. Perth Train Station is a 10 minute walk away as is the main Bus Station. All day parking is available behind the Academy at Thimblerow car park, charges apply. The car park is only a 2 minute walk away. Entry to the Academy is via our Sure Smile Studio located on the ground floor of 31 South Methven Street, Perth, PH1 5PE.

Delegate Terms and Conditions
Payment must be made prior to a booking being accepted.
If cancellation is more than 8 weeks before course start date, full refund will be given. Cancellation within 8 weeks of the course start date will incur 50% course fee. Cancellation within 4 weeks of the course start date will incur 100% course fee.
Non-attendees will be charged the full tuition fee. If Clyde Munro cancels the programme, the participant will be reimbursed the full tuition amount. Prior to that an administration fee of £50 will be charged. Clyde Munro reserves the right to alter the programme if there are circumstances beyond its control.
Please note that official photographers and videographers may be present at select organised events including but not limited to conferences, meetings, study days and social events filming videos, lectures and taking photographs.
