Join Dr Ryan, Consultant in Oral Medicine at Glasgow Dental Hospital, who has over 10 years experience in the diagnosis and management of oral diseases. With a particular interest in oral cancer and the early identification of potentially malignant lesions, Dr Ryan will share practical insights that can be applied immediately in clinical practice.
Early detection of oral cancer can significantly improve patient outcomes. This webinar will focus on simple, effective principles to help clinicians recognise suspicious lesions and make informed decisions about referral and management.
Learning Objectives
- Gain a deeper understanding of the key risk factors associated with oral cancer.
- Recognise the early clinical features of oral malignancy and potentially malignant disorders.
- Develop a practical approach to assessing oral lesions and distinguishing those that require urgent attention from those that can be monitored.
