Jacqueline will deliver a practical and interactive session designed to refresh the team’s knowledge of the Tabeo platform and the patient finance options available. The session will explore Prime and Near Prime finance, Pay in 3, and best practices for confidently introducing finance options to patients. Delegates will have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss any challenges they are experiencing and gain practical guidance to help them use Tabeo effectively within their practice.

Aim

To improve delegates’ knowledge and confidence in using the Tabeo platform and discussing patient finance options, enabling them to explain the available finance solutions clearly and appropriately to patients.

By the end of the session, delegates will be able to:

• Refresh their understanding of the Tabeo platform and the patient finance options available.
• Understand the differences between Prime and Near Prime finance, including how Near Prime finance may help improve patient approval rates.
• Explain how Pay in 3 works, its benefits for patients and when this option may be appropriate to offer.
• Develop confidence in introducing and discussing patient finance options to support informed patient decision-making.
• Identify best practices for presenting finance options and improving patient awareness and uptake.
• Discuss common challenges and ask questions to support the effective use of Tabeo within their practice.
